Pre Sale Questions
Our warehouses are located in both CA and GA, and shipping depends on which location is closer to your location.
After placing an order, we will confirm the order information with you. Once shipped, we will provide you with the trucking company information and tracking code. Delivery time depends on your address. It usually takes 7-10 working days after delivery to arrive at your address.
Our reformers all use LTL truck transportation. The default delivery method is roadside delivery. If you have special needs, you can contact us at info@faittd-pilates.com
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For specific returns and exchanges, please contact info@faittd-pilates.com

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
We provide a 2-year warranty when purchasing on our official website, and a 1-year warranty when purchasing through other unofficial channels.
